WrinklAI collects account information such as email address, sign-in identifiers, date of birth, selected skincare goals, and profile data required to create and manage your account.

If you use scan features, we collect face images you choose to capture or upload, scan scores, analysis summaries, routine recommendations, progress history, and related timestamps.

If you subscribe, we receive subscription status and entitlement details from payment providers and RevenueCat.

To authenticate users and operate the mobile application.

To process AI-assisted facial image analysis after you allow scan sharing for analysis and generate cosmetic skincare insights.

To provide home dashboard summaries, progress tracking, recommendations, future projection education, profile insights, and subscription access.

To respond to support requests and maintain service reliability.

WrinklAI requests camera access so users can capture facial images for skin analysis. Camera access is optional, but the scan workflow cannot function without it.

Before a new scan image is sent for AI analysis, WrinklAI asks for the user's permission in the app. Without that permission, new AI scan analysis does not proceed.

If the user allows AI scan processing, the selected or captured face image is uploaded to WrinklAI's secure backend for scan analysis.

WrinklAI uses Google Gemini as a third-party AI service provider to analyze scan images and help generate scan outputs such as scores, summaries, and skincare guidance. This processing is used only to provide the app's scan-related features.

Google Gemini receives the scan image through WrinklAI's backend for the limited purpose of generating the requested analysis. WrinklAI requires third-party providers used for this workflow to protect user data with safeguards appropriate for the information processed.

If progress tracking is enabled, scan results and related timestamps may be stored in the user's account history so Home, Progress, Profile, and related features can display saved results over time.

If automatic progress tracking is turned off, new scan results are not saved to history after the one-time analysis view. Users can change AI scan processing, reminders, automatic progress tracking, and advanced heatmap detail in the app profile settings.

WrinklAI uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage.

WrinklAI uses Google Gemini for AI-assisted scan image analysis when the user permits AI scan processing.

WrinklAI uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and purchases.

WrinklAI may use Google Sign-In or Apple Sign In when selected by the user.

We retain account and scan data for as long as needed to operate WrinklAI, provide saved scan history and related features, or meet legal obligations.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data through the Delete Account page or by contacting support@wrinklai.com.

WrinklAI provides educational cosmetic skincare information only. It does not diagnose conditions, treat disease, or replace care from a licensed clinician.

In-app citations support general information about visible skin aging, wrinkles, sunscreen, hydration, and common cosmetic skincare routines. Personalized scan outputs remain estimates based on the uploaded image and account preferences.
